NCAA offers plan to bring athletes back to campus
The NCAA released a detailed plan -- offered as guidance, consistent with federal and local public health guidelines -- to help schools bring athletes back to campus.
Voluntary workouts can begin Monday. I'm guessing state guidelines will supersede these NCAA recommendations.
