Everyone please refrain from transfer speculation. Simply, it's against the rules.

Nuff said.

Sorry, Biff, I just posted those rules in another thread.

Why are you sorry? ;)
Didn't want you to think I was stepping on your toes. It isn't fun being stepped on by a 1200 pound bear. Makes attempts at running rather futile.

I hear you're transferring due to some toe-stepping incident with a board monitor. Rumor has it you were threatened with having to sideline your keyboard and that was the last straw. Too bad, you have to sit out a year unless you post on a DII board.

Anyone who looks at Icebear's post count can't argue the guy doesn't get his PT.

I didn't know that about the transfer speculation being against the rules. I'm glad I didn't offer any theories. I wonder how many other rules I have no clue about?

We'll obviously you didn't know the rule about send me a monthly check equivalent to your post count. I'm going to clean up on Pastor Post Hog.

Sorry to interrupt the mirth, but Biff, a question:
Last Spring I started on thread on the happiness (unhappiness) quotient of the back-benchers
w/o mentioning transfer issues.
Is that too close to the line?

Well all I can say is it depends. I will say that that topic has a high probability of going astray....for many reasons.

I'll admit it. I would be one of those reasons. I can't think of why anyone would feel the need to even go there. Posters treat the players like it's a reality show. Who's happy, who's not, who is in Geno's dog house, why is someone playing 11 minuts and not 15, and on and on.

I guess I look at it differently. Games are entertainment. Great basketball is fun to watch. Great coaching is fun to watch. And it's all about the games, the matchups, the analysis, the how, not as much the stuff in between the games for me.

Well it actually is. Entertainment and reality. A reality show.

But unlike Reality shows, it is actual reality.

Not a reality show, but a REALITY show. I am sure you know what I mean.
