"Nurse Ratchet, she loves to inflict pain!"

"Ratchet," for short.
 
I would consider "Tape". It can have multiple meanings such as: She sticks to her defender like glue; She can nail or stick her shot. Just a thought!
 
I do feel that it's gotta be vaguely "nurse" related.

The Anesthetizer? The Sanitizer? :p

As someone with a last name that is also a profession and activity, I can assure you that she has heard every nurse reference before. It gets kind of old. I also agree with ed4 ... I'll go with what the team comes up with. I think Kia is a nice name all on its own.

Not sure why she needs a nickname... everyone knows Rebecca, Sue, Diana, and Maya(etc...) as... Rebecca, Sue, Diana, and Maya...
