Slu I was going to get on her about that Cherry picking from the previous video also. Glad you mentioned it first. The forced/bad shots I agree is correctable with the right coaching and emphasis. Is there any doubt in your mind that she is #1 in the class at this point?

I haven't seen Nyah Green play so not sure. I just know that Brunelle is very talented and has a great upside with time and coaching. With that stroke and her aggressive mindset she's gonna score. Of that I have no doubt.

She seems very efficient and doesn't appear to force anything. Good qualities, indeed!

FYI - NY just cut Jenkins from the training camp roster. That was a pretty short drink of water she had in the WNBA - hopefully someone else takes a look, or she gets a good gig overseas and comes back next year for another go round.

A few more observations:

Brunelle's huge rebounding numbers as a frosh must have a lot to do with the level of competition because so far I'd say she's an average rebounder at best for her size.

She posts up a ton and rarely gets the ball passed into the post.

Post-passing aside, she has some very good teammates. Several of them shot better than her from the outside in these vids.

The best overall prospect at the event due to her combination of size, skill and IQ. Brunelle dominated. She is effective on the block, a very good shot blocker, a willing and precise passer and has college 3-point range on her jumper already. It's scary how good she will be when she graduates in 2019 from high school.

Big game for Brunelle here. Shot selection is hit-or-miss. Sometimes she plays in the flow of the game, other times she really forces things.
