A little workout video

I have such high hopes for these two. We haven’t had a starting* front-court this intimidating in a long time.

*This is assuming Serah W. starts.

As Geno, CD and their staff watch workouts like this you gotta know what is going through their minds, but will never leave their mouths

Something like, "dang it, you guys are really, really (he never says just one "really") good and we should win # 13, IF you play up to your capabilities..

If I was him, I'd have a big smile on my face like he does in the video.

Exactly what I was thinking, if Blanca is as advertised, Geno's built another one.

No, it's Allie as previously discussed in this thread:

Unconfirmed, but apparently Allie had an operation for a deviated septum.

You see Caroline with her headband but without a face mask a little later in the clip.

You are correct, thanks. I can't believe that I missed the part of the video where Caroline was taking a shot. Might be time for a trip to an optometrist.

Check out Blanca on the attack. So fast!!!!
In her Italian league videos, Blanca showed herself to be a super athletic rim-runner and an elite finisher with either hand. She looks the part here (so nice to see her on the mix!) Her and Sarah in the court at the same time will be mission impossible defensively for most teams.

Hah! I discovered I'm short-sighted, with astigmatism, about 15 years old and have been wearing glasses ever since. That precluded contact sports like rugby, so I took up non-contact sports like basketball and football (the round-ball one) - wearing my glasses, together with tennis and softball. Contacts were an expensive novelty back in the 1960s. Yes, I was there, and I do remember.
