. . . mined from the guadalajara2011.org.mx/home website:

After the three games of group play, of all the women from the
eight teams who participated, Breanna ranked . . .

3rd in FG%
2nd in FT%
5th in total points scored
1st in rebounds
1st in blocks (tied with De Souza)

At 17 years of age, this is really remarkable. She must have been
one of the youngest players in the competition.

I also note that the USA (among the 8 teams) ranked 1st in rebounds,
steals, and blocks, which reflects on their athleticism, and ranked 7th in
assists, which reflects on their lack of development as a team.

I don't know how to provide links, but if you go to the above website,
click on the calendar for the 23rd, and after the USA v Mexico game
click on info.

Here's the boxscore from last night's game: http://www.usabasketball.com/womens/panamerican/11_wpag_game_03_box.html

One block for Breanna? I think they missed a few.

Here's a link to pull up the current cumulative stats: http://www.usabasketball.com/womens/panamerican/stats.html

BTW, according to the schedule on USA basketball's site, the next and final game for Team USA is this morning at 11:30 EDT (10:30 Guadalahara time). The game should be available on line at the same link for the game the other night.

Yes, she had at least 3 or 4 others, although some were negated by violations such as traveling being called on the same player.
