a bit OT - Gampel

There is a bus trip to the Feb. 6 game from my town. We would leave about 10:30 for the 1 p.m. game.
I was thinking that fans were not allowed to bring their own food and beverages inside so if lunch was wanted, you must purchase from concession. Would someone confirm? TIA

yep, I think you understand things correctly, nan. Food options outside Gampel are limited, and often quite crowded before games, so, maybe you can bring something on the bus, and have it before you disembark - maybe even leave a bottled water and a snack for when you get back on, afterwards.

also, you can only have real small handbags... probably best not to bring a bag at all if possible. Depending what time you get there, you could always get food from the Student Union before the game - it's right across the street from Gampel.

They also have some killer jalapeno mac and cheese in the student Union. Just leave your
beer outside.
