A 14-17 Prairie View team wins SWAC title. Do they go to Notre Dame or #UConn for subregionals?

They should be placed in a geographical opening round as close to home as possible, Baton Rogue.

They probably are a 16 seed (suppose they could move them to a 15 if they can get geographically closer), so they will have to go to subregional where there is a #1.

The committee wouldn't move the #64 team of the #16 line -- they are definitely a #16 seed.
Since Creme has ND going to Baton Rouge for the opening rounds, they could end up there.
