Pregame was a horror show driving in. It sounded like nobody turned the mics off and forgot to play commercials. Crispino sounds like he’s 80.

I guess that’s what happens when you go from a 50,000 watt flamethrower station to a 3,400 watt grill lighter station.

Yeah the signal blows. I could be wrong but I don’t even think you can get a signal at Gampel.

Crispino will probably be fine for basketball but why do they feel it’s ok for a basketball guy to do football. As much as I liked Joe D he was not very good with football but he was better than Crispino.

Post game was also weak. They have a lot of work to do. The pre-game was a disaster and sounded like a bunch of amateur kids running a pirate radio station.

But I got to listen to the pregame nice and clear on the Merritt and I-91 thanks to simulcast on AM 1300 New Haven.

Terrible move by UConn signing up with 97.9. The big test is when WTIC broadcasts a national NCAA game the same time as UConn football. Really interested to see what the ratings will be.

During the pregame you could hear the wind blowing in the background. And there was some dead airspace during interviews. Not a good start very poorly done

The Dibble show from the Rent prior to the pre-game was awful. Audio was terrible, there was a miserable echo, everyone talking over each other. Sounded like a bunch of middle school kids doing a podcast for the first time. Total amateur hour. The production value needs to be improved big time. I actually changed the station because it was literally unlistenable.

The pre-game show with Bob Joyce was only slightly better.

We left after the last UCF touchdown because my father-in-law was getting cranky.

We heard Crispo say that Mensah had a great game with 20 carries for "nearly 60 yards".

His voice has the same effect as a blazing wood stove and four-pack of double IPA on a cold winter night. ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz...
