9 Seed vs. Colorado

Kinda like 2012 when committee tried to setup uconn and Kentucky. As soon as I saw Kansas I had that feeling g that was our bracket. From the quick analysis seems Colorado is a team that gets after it on the boards.

I'm ARGH!!!!

That is all. I live 2.5 freaking hours from Des Moines and even if I could get my hands on tickets, I couldn't make it to the game. I think.

Pfft.

If we advance, we will be playing an away game against Kansas.

I like the Colorado draw, I think Brimah can neutralize Scott. Kansas....scary. They are plucky and deep.

.-.
Josh Scott is s beast but do they have playmakers ?

If we beat Kansas AND play like we have, we go to the F4. You always have to beat someone good, it's never easy.

.-.
Committee basically said they don't respect the Big East. Kansas overall number 1 seed which means Nova was rated the lowest 2, even though they spent the year as the team who spent the most time ranked number 1.

This is bull #÷it.

The 8/9 seeds need to be used as punishments. Not as some pseudo-reward instead of giving a team the 10 seed. I'd rather be a 10 right now. F&*k

Well we got a bad seeding as a 9. Sucks we have to play them in the second round. Oh well I think we can beat everybody. Let's knock off the best to begin the tournament. I know we have to beat Colorado first but I think we can do that.

.-.
Lets get pass Colorado first! Kansas does have a history of getting knocked off early. let UCONN keep that tradition happening by knocking them out then getting back at Maryland!!

Temple should be a 9. Cincy should be a 9. Just give UCONN the 7 or 10. They should be punished, not us.

What if beating Kansas leads to them voting against us in the Big 12 expansion vote due to the fact that they wouldn't want to lose their stranglehold on B12 basketball?

#jumpingtoconclusions

Can we trade with Temple for the 10 seed? A freefalling Iowa team and a matchup with Nova? That's a cakewalk to the Sweet 16. Though I am happy to be against the typically choking Bill Self rather than UNC or Sparty.

Colorado has a very unimpressive resume. But they do rebound well which terrifies me.

Common opponent between UConn and Colorado- they lost to SMU 70-66 on neutral court in December. I assume Larry Brown wasn't coaching.

This is all about the Sat. television. UConn vs Kansas would be a great made for tv game.

They should be able to beat Colorado. It would be disappointing to lose to them considering the hot streak the team is on. If they can get past Colorado, they have a big time matchup against Kansas which could be fun. And if they somehow got by Kansas, the rest of the bracket doesn't scare me that much. Anything is possible at that point. But of course it starts with Colorado. Their bracket placement was a tough break but their first round matchup could have been worse.
