75" plus TV

Looking to pull the trigger on a bigger TV for media room (75"-85"). Will be used for sports watching and gaming. I'm wondering if I can leverage the wisdom of this boneyard crowd to source the best one for my money. Trying to say low on price since it seems TVs might be a bit more commodified of late, not really able to go out and look at TVs in person so any thoughts/insights would be greatly appreciated.

We had our 4k LG (49") repaired by a computer swap out. Was still under warranty.

I did said “for the most part“.... the screens and LED arrays are not repairable .... tho electrical components are plug and play which is what you had done..... Visio unless they changed their policy doesn’t never try to repair they’ll swap out the tv for a referbished unit. Square trade will replace the tv with a new tv or refund the price you paid for the tv.... theyr actually pretty easy to do business with.
