Somebody has to tell Tara to quit doubling on drivers and leaving Bella all alone. It ain't working. Bella has 17. That's mostly on Tara, not Brink. Massive breakdown in their defensive scheme.

45-36, lead was just 15. Stanford forced to call a timeout.

edit--new career high for Bella, on 8-11 shooting; 9 just in this quarter, and we just hit the midway point

Its hard though, because by focusing on the drivers, Stanford was able to take away the Leger-Walkers who are having a great year. If I’m Tara, I’d rather let Mureketete try beat you on her own as more of an unknown quantity than letting the Leger Walkers go off from the floor.

She tweaked something, because the lobs to Bella off of the double team stopped happening. I know Belibi came in, for a little while they had a big lineup w/ Jones, Pretchtel and Belibi.

But yeah, completely taking the Leger-Walkers away 2 games in a row was quite a feat and as shown WSU is going to have a hard time winning games without those 2 scoring much.
