Plays on AOT in the EYBL with Cooper and Boston. Numbers look as good as Omoruyi’s so far. Currently ~150th in the rankings but he looks athletic, mobile, and a good rim protector. Should see his ranking go up.

Let's see, based on recent history:
Powerful big man, about to rise rapidly in the rankings, soon to be pursued by the Power 5?
Possible outcomes:
-goes to Illinois because of history of winning championships and putting centers in the NBA like Johnny Kerr to the Syracuse Nationals (1st rd) in 1954 or John Wessels to the Chicago Packers (8th rd) in 1961, or
-goes to Memphis because of history of getting to Final Fours (disregard vacated trips), or
-goes to LSU because the benefits are clean and untraceable now that Will Wade is using a satellite phone, or
-goes to Arizona before Sean Miller is indicted, or
-goes to Syracuse to follow the path of great centers like Fab Melo and Jon Bol Ajak, or
-goes to UConn to become D Hurley's Akinjo (stealing a great player early from the P5).

Looks like an SEC team may pick him up. Love the kids energy and wouldn’t want to play him in BE to be honest.

With Hammonds leaving early, Rodney Howard transferring and not a lot of proven knock-out talent with size, Georgia is a great fit. He'd be competing against a former #400+ recruit and two JUCO guys for PT at the 5.

Especially after a big recruiting win, I'm always curious where ex-recruits end up going and often wish them well.

Lots of 247 balls to Auburn.

Great potential spot as no returning players who are 6'8 or taller averaged more than 7 mpg last season.

In retrospect, was last autumn's Cardwell 'visit' an intentional effort by the coaching staff to smoke out info leaks?

In the near aftermath, there was success with Javonte Brown Ferguson, and things tightened up over the next months throughout the season & beyond, to where all recruiting - with so many prospects, and two seemingly very solid spring pickups - has had a good balance of transparency & tight lips.

Might have been DH playing "poker" with the prospects he was really targeting(ie Javonte Brown Ferguson).. Trying to get them to make a decision for the good guys.. College coaches can look at the schools the prospects are interested in and pretty much know how their resources stack up vs the other guys.. To your points..The Hurleys do play a good game of poker..

Would love to see the compensation package old Bruce is putting together for Kuminga. With the D League high water mark at 500k now, we know it's gotta be juicy.

You have to wonder what he's selling and how he hasn't been sanctioned for the $ paid by Adidas on Auburn's behalf. Plus, the way he stiffed Auburn by refusing to speak with their attorney. Could he have some files on the President or some Board Members?

When you haven't won any titles and don't have a slew of players in the league it's just a bit puzzling that he's getting highly rated players and is involved with so many of the ones we're recruiting. If he gets Kuminga that wouldn't make any sense other than $$$.

I mean he’s a cool dude and Auburn is pretty good year after year. Not that confusing. Plus UConn is boring due to police action shutting down all parties

I’ve noticed that you being puzzled by recruiting is a common theme.
