4 times in one season?

Here is Fox Sports on the possibility that ND would beat UConn for a 4th time this year. Not much new except that (1) the article reminds us that UConn had beaten ND by an average of 11 points before losing to them in the NCAA semis in 2011 and (2) the article says that no team has ever beaten another 4 times in one season (bulletin board motivation for UConn, as if any more motivation were necessary?). Fortunately, no attempt is made to use any bogus argument about the laws of statistics favoring us.

Here's another hurdle for ND. They are the third team to finish as the runner-up in the tourney for two or more years in a row. Auburn did it 1988-90 and Tennessee of course did it in 2003-04. Neither the Tigers or the Vols capped off their streak of being secondary citizens by capturing an NC the following year.

Just trying to cook up a few more good hexes here.
