The Huskies only lost by 25 points to BYU, but if you actually watched the game it felt like a lot more. And if not for a couple BYU turnovers and 15 BYU penalties, it probably would have been.

As if BYU didn't earn those penalties? I think they played dirty. Any other QB and they would not have been able to overcome those penalties.

Apparently UConn is so bad that their penalties and turnovers were expected.

It's homer-ish to say this but I feel like BYU could have even had more penalties. A couple pass interferences on us that kept two of their scoring drives alive were quite suspect-a flop by a receiver on an uncatchable ball and one where their receiver pushed off our DB. Kinda classic Louisville basketball strategy: if you foul someone on every play they can't call all of them!!!

This is the rep from last year we need to overcome. BD did not earn that ranking. Bottom 25 was earned last year.
I understand why some journalists still think UCONN football is a joke. But it is disappointing to see the hammering continue.
