Mcdermott plays EXTREME drop coverage w Kalk, playing one man zone (just like did to Ajax)

Takes away any penetration, and all of our backdoor cuts on overplays where AK slips the screen bc they are overplaying 3 pt shooters

We then play 4 on 5. Kalk takes away rim, and others squeeze 3 pt line, so we dont get either

Needed to put AK at the 5 for a few looks to make Kalk play, and open up paint. Make McDermott adjust to that wrinkle

Or put reed on low block more just to make Kalk play D and then kick out

No in game adjustment, we play 4 against 5 on offense. On top of not being able to D up because of foot speed/small guards

McDermott is an excellent offensive coach, but we shouldve done better attacking them on D.

Yep I noticed that too
Karaban at 5 would have been a good wrinkle
