And 2 of them don't involve AAC Teams

1. Louisville at FSU - Upset would have a major impact on ACC prospects of being included in the F4 Playoff, but more importantly give added weight to the win by Houston on the road @ Ville'.

2. Penn St. @ Ohio State. A win over OSU would be HUUUUGE not only because it woud bounce them from the ranks of the unbeaten, but because PSU's only loss was against???? TEMPLE!!!

3. Cincinnati @ BYU. Goes without saying BYU is a solid team and a win by Cincy helps them and the league.

4. Ole Miss @ Memphis. Ole Miss is a legit top 10 team and Memphis for all their blemishes is still undefeated and a real aggressive team. They don't back down to anyone, they can score, and they're at home. AAC vs SEC contender carries a lot of weight.

So how many of these wish list games can the dumpster-fire conference come out looking good in?

Penn State is probably a stretch, but OSU has been flat for weeks so who knows.

I kind of like Louisville to beat FSU.

Cincinnati can certainly beat BYU.

Memphis is at 'home'. But should be competitive.

1 of 4 unfortunately.

Penn State beat Army by the same margin we did, so OSU rolls.

Cincy beats BYU.

FSU is at home and gets the W.

Memphis is competitive, but Ole Miss is not going to get snuck up on after the Florida debacle.

Memphis scores a ton of points, but gives up almost as much. Don't trust their D will have enough against an SEC power like Ole Miss.

OSU is getting by the same way FSU did last year. They should win again this week.

FSU wins a close one over the 'Ville

We gave BYU a good fight, East Carolina gave them a better one. Cincy breaks through and knocks them off.

I think Louisville beats FSU. Just not impressed by the Noles.

Cincy BYU a toss-up. I think Cincy wins on a neutral field though.

OSU too physical and too much big-play speed. D-Line will eventually pressure PSU into mistakes.

I don't like Memphis only because they're one of the least disciplined teams in the league. The energy is there and Ole Miss might not be impressive in that environment, but has some playmakers. The game should draw well for Memphis (hello Big 12?) and it has a great chance to be a crazy entertaining game.

I'm not confident in any of these picks and don't think any of them are a lock. OSU would be the closest to a lock. We've seen too much crazy this year to rule out any of these upsets.

Ohio St has it locked in cruise control. At some point, they are going to stir against a weaker opponent and remind everyone why they're the team to beat. I have a feeling its this week against Penn St.

I agree with most that Cincinnati has a great chance to beat BYU.

Ole Miss beats Memphis fairly comfortably.

FSU will do just enough to squeak out a W.

I understand the need for the AAC to gain credibility but I'm more interested in how these games play out for UConn.
A Cincy win vs BYU sets them up for a letdown vs UConn next week. That helps us. A PSU win or close loss gives Temple a bigger ego. That helps us when we play them.

Or another loss sends them into a tailspin as they have 2 league losses already and if they lose this last out of conference game, what do they have to play for?

Ville +7.5 at FSU

Like UCONN, Ville's D could hold off Golson and FSU's run game. If so they have a shot at this one. Always tough to win as a visitor to Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee

Penn State +19 @ Ohio State -

Buckeyes should win this one without too much trouble.

Cincy +7 @ BYU
Hayden Moore is a freak but Gunner might start. Either way Cincy is stacked at QB. It looks like Mangum is dealing with a bad Hammy. I like Cincy in this one.

Ole Miss -10.5 at Memphis - This should be a great game. Would love for Memphis to pull this one out. It's home and should have a huge crowd at the Liberty bowl.
Who knows???

Other interesting games this weekend.

Michigan State +7.5 @ Michigan
USC +6.5 @Notre Dame
FL +6.5 @ LSU

I agree with Jimdish, the AAC has a great opporunity to gain National credibility this year. I want the AAC teams to beat every P5 opponent they can. If Penn State beats the Buckeyes it makes Temple's win BIG!! If Ville knocks off FSU same thing. Memphis knocking off Ole Miss coupled with UCONN's 9-6 lose to Missou is fantastic for Memphis and the AAC. Love to see the ESPN announcers squirm out of that one. Cincy beating BYU would make a Husky victory over Cincy all the more sweet!

You guys do realize the crowd at the Liberty Bowl is going to be extremely pro Ole Miss right?

It's like UMass and UConn playing basketball in Springfield. It's a home game on paper.

I think Memphis makes it a lot closer than people think. The gap between the SEC and everyone else isn't as big as they'd like you to believe.
