WVU up 9. WVU got an offensive rebound, and kicked it out to Bryant with 33 secs on the shotclock and 4:20 to play in the game...

He can take the game clock down to under 4 mins. Instead, he takes an ill-advised 3, misses, UConn rebounds, and the Mountaineer mascot fouled out (sorry, Klicklia, sp?).

The game changed from there. UConn hit some free throws, Shabazz got some steals and hit a 3, and the game was back in reach.

Normally we're the ones taking that stupid shot and losing.

If Bryant hits that shot, its game over.

Glad the team gutted it out.

Shutting down Jones was even more crucial, that guy was absolutely killing us.

Everything changed with that play. They could have run more time off the clock and had they scored...we're probably done for.

When I read the title of this thread, I thought that our tip time for tomorrow's game had been changed to 4:20. If that were the case, I would definitely have high hopes for beating Syracuse...

Jamal Coombs-McDaniel is taking a puff for AO somewhere right now...

So, if I'm reading this correctly, what you guys are saying is that 4:20 and shutting down the Jones were the keys today? Got it.

4:20 saved the day (and season).
