Georgia Tech finished the 2nd quarter on a 9-2 run and has a 33-28 lead at halftime. Lotta-Maj Lahtinen with 13 points. Lorela Cubaj has 6 for the Yellow Jackets, which lead in points in the paint, 22-16.

NC State, which went more than 4 minutes without a FG...led by Elissa Cunane's 9 points with 5 each from Kayla Jones and Jakia Brown-Turner.

Fortner has adjusted her lineup. Tech was the more aggressive team. What NC State needs to do is put in more effort on the glass and GaTech has done a wonderful job taking away fast-break opportunities and State's ability to score in transition; we have ZERO fast-break points.

Not saying officiating is to blame...but there has been lots of contact allowed down low that hasn't been called. Refs letting the players play.

I know who Stanley might be interested in.... Evans out of Louisville with the #4 pick. I’m not sure I’d burn a lottery pick on her considering all the guards they already have.

Reeve has only the #9 pick in this draft. So I’m not sure. Maybe Tiana Mangakahia out of Syracuse? She ended up not playing and now Syracuse is knocked out of the tournament. I’m hoping she heads to Greenville (3 hour drive) for the SEC tournament after this game. That’s where the action is. Of course, Arkansas is knocked out too.
