Ugly game, which seems pretty par more often than not when USC plays UGA. Hopefully this game will get Zia back on track, playing as well as she is tonight.

30-18 SC at the half

Boston 11 pts, 5 reb, 2 ast, 2 stl, 4 blk

Boston just ridiculous. Will repeat as SEC DPOY, without question.

Here’s an icebreaker question: is Boston better offensively or defensively?

UGA 28
USC 50
End 3rd

Trip Dub watch:
Boston 16 pts, 10 rebs, 9 blks
Cooke 16 pts

50-28 SC end of third

Boston on triple double alert: 16 pts, 10 reb, 9 blk

Grissett is killing me this game. I’m screaming at the TV for Dawn to take her out. Just brutal.

Coombs is a good defender but her shooting needs a lot of work for Georgia. Woof

Georgia 50
South Carolina 62
Final

Aliyah Boston 16 pts, 11 rebs, 10 blks, 2 stl

I would prefer Eniya or even Olivia running point before Lele. Lele needs to be a catch and shoot 3 and 4 but she literally does not shoot! Not one bit and it frustrates the 💩 out of me.

Just not a whole lot more you can say about Boston.

Good to see Cooke get her mojo back!

Bit of a return-to-earth game for Beal, but she was still impactful, and the game itself wasn’t great offensively for almost anyone.

One may worry about SC’s ability to put up numbers against good teams—62 doesn’t leave me comfortable—but Georgia is a good defensive team.

Aliyah Boston had a triple double tonight vs. 6’5 Jenna Staiti.. a pretty good post.

16 points - 11 rebs - 10 blocks

She sat for the 4th quarter (as did most of our starters).

We definitely let off the gas late.. Dawn was putting some RIDICULOUS lineups on the floor late in the 3rd and into the 4th. She never runs it up on Joni Taylor, even when she can.

Georgia is a really good defensive team but we could’ve hit 80 tonight.

Reserves went like 6 minutes missing bunnies in the 4th.

Had to turn it off to a game that is almost as ugly.

17.3 ppg, 12.5 rpg, 5.5 bpg, 2.0 spg thus far in 6 SEC games. Aliyah is starting to find her groove...

Biggest thing we are missing this year is a PG off the bench. Think Raven will get that look next year.
