2029 Recruiting: Jaiyana Bogan-Jacobs

She is one that has great size and feel, long arms, and is an athletic prospect at her age. She was excellent in being able to create and attack downhill, get out in transition, and mix it up offensively inside and out all weekend long, as Bogan-Jacobs was a strong scoring option. But she gets it done on both sides of the court, bringing that same offensive intensity to the defensive side as well. She is an absolute competitor on the court, and that will carry her a long way in the coming years, as we are certain she will be finding her name in the national ranks shortly.

"Look for 5’11 (2029) Jaiyana Bogan-Jacobs) Dream City) to become a national level prospect. Strong frame, long arms, athletic with a matching skill set and a “no prisoner approach” on the court with her defensive intensity.

2029 Jaiyana Bogan-Jacobs 6’0” Point Guard (Campo Verde High) Ranked #1 in Arizona by Girls Prep Hoops, Jaiyana is a special talent and the ultimate “playmaker.” She cites Paige Bueckers as one of the players she has modeled her game after. Jaiyana’s court vision, pinpoint passing accuracy, and ability to anticipate the next play truly set her apart from the competition. One standout aspect of her game is her ability to finish at the basket with either hand.

It says she models her game after some girl named Paige (who I've heard is pretty decent). Perhaps this would put UConn in the early conversation for her recruitment.
