Rockville isnt a town. They are Vernoners or Vernotonians or something like that.

It used to be a town until they merged with Vernon. Relatively recently in fact that’s why it’s Rockville high school and not Vernon high school I’m thinking. But the most serious fisherman reside in the Rockville part of Vernon.

I still remember across the street was the only ATM I ever encountered that dispensed 5 dollar bills. People must have been hitting that thing up constantly to pay all sorts of fines to satisfy the court.
