I think that there isn't a BY'er alive who would turn down that weather. The problem, of course, is that other things come into play as well.

There will be plenty of parking. I have been going to these games/practices for the past 20 years and they generally are not that well attended.
Still it is fun to tailgate, watch a little football and start to get to know the roster.

I'll be there, weather looks awesome! We were in Indianapolis this past weekend and were talking about how we love that it rolls right into the spring game on Saturday. Another week closer to the opener on 9/5 - 148 days left!

Will them stream the game? It would be really great for the program if they stream the game online so out of the town folks can watch too to learn about all the new players.

Hey! Last season I pulled together a group of friends and family for the Air Force game, and they had an awesome time tailgating and watching the game.

I reached out about the free spring game/practice, and it looks like everyone’s in for another round of tailgating and experiencing some UConn football. We’ve already reserved our tickets. I know it won’t have the same energy as a regular-season matchup, but I’d love a quick rundown of what to pay attention to — position battles, standout recruits, and any players who are expected to take on bigger roles next year.

I think no matter how closely you follow the team we are all trying to figure out what exactly to pay attention to. This is basically a totally new roster. I will be going with an open mind and hopefully will be able to start to formulate some sort of thoughts. As usual , QB is most interesting question at this point in my mind.

That's a total bummer. There is a lot of interest and curiosity about what's going on it would just make sense to make this available on demand.

I’m curious what the fascination is with the number of tickets claimed before the game happens? Post game sure… but I don’t see a benefit to throw out numbers ahead of the game being played - it’s not gonna be a sell-out.

-> After the game, fans will be invited to join the team on the concourse around section 111 for a meet-and-greet, which will include autograph and photo opportunities.

Fans who attend the event will receive a special ticket offer at a later date for the upcoming 2026 home schedule. <-
