One takeaway for me is that Candle is building towards the future and not just next year.

We've got a fair amount of players that appear to have lots of talent but not much experience on the field.

But my take is that Candle will have the ingredients there to put a GOOD team on the field. What happens from here? We'll see.

And with Mora, while I was devastated and surprised when he abruptly left, but I am over it. I am ready to turn the page and look ahead.

Candle may be the fresh start we desperately needed with the departure of Joe and Skyler. And players like Rosa, Cam and others- sorry to see them go - but we're past that now - we've got some new players to get to know - ones that potentially make their own mark on our program.
