They're decent, but they're in probably the best FCS conference so it's hard when you have NDSU, SDSU, USD and competing against Montana, Montana St from big sky in recruiting.

It's also a hockey school. I currently attend UND for grad school.

Candle is getting recruits from places that I don’t remember us getting recruits from. Minnesota? I know the hoops team has recruited this area but I don’t remember the football team getting recruits from there.

Candle is really changing who UConn recruits and where they come from.

The college football world’s changed. After Candle & Co initially targeted Toledo Rockets, they’re exploring the NIL atlas and reeling in guys from broader areas.
