Carter Emanuel is a 6-2 205lb QB from Edgewater High School in Orlando Florida. Other offers from AppState, Arkansas, Arkansas State, Buffalo, Charlotte, Dartmouth, ECU, EKU, FAMU, FIU, Georgia State, Liberty, Marshall, Pitt, Rhode Island, South Alabama, Southern Miss, Troy, UCF, UMass, USF, Wofford, WVA and Yale.

Carter was on campus back in March and again this past weekend.
 


QB Hit List Scouting Report:

SIZE: Carter has excellent size for a 2026 Pro Style QB at 6’1” 195 lbs. This QB checks all the boxes. Has all the tools to make himself a top national QB recruit. Sound throwing mechanics. Strong running QB with good speed and acceleration on foot.

ACCURACY: His throws are right on the mark. Displays consistency in his delivery for added accuracy. Throws include tight rotational spin.

ARM STRENGTH: Carter has many weapons in his arsenal. He’s able to fire in high velocity throws within tight windows of space or he can ease up for a softer delivery. Able to generate momentum with a full extension, giving his throws longer range.

THROW ON RUN: Very good mobility getting to the outside of the pocket. A quick first step along with long stride, can get there in a hurry. Excellent vision downfield. Squares up nicely with his receivers.

FOOTWORK: An athletic QB with his size can result in a very deadly combination. He displays very good quickness and speed while on the run, picking up chunks of yardage.

POISE: Over the top confidence in his game. Trusting in his abilities as a quarterback to lead his team downfield. He’s got what it takes to become an elite QB.

POCKET PRESENCE: Very good agility within the pocket. A good sense of the space around him with the ability to avoid traffic and improvise while on the run.

DECISION MAKING: Carter's an intelligent QB who understands the game. He does a good job going through his progressions.

TOUCH: This is an area of strength. He works best adjusting the velocity of his throws. A sweet touch pass on fade routes and can also sneak one in between zone coverage. Tight trajectory on his deep passes.
