Hey there:
- Talia Goodman, who did a very thorough job on keeping up on the frenetic world of transfers, has just posted her "On3" page, which will follow players from intention to transfer to landing spot.
Here's a link to that site for reference and/or bookmarking.

- Of course, there's always Raoul's blog, who has kept an active page since the beginning of the season. You can reach him this way:

While covid exemptions are a thing of the past, there will still be graduate transfers ("one-year only"), comprised of players with extra years due to medical exemptions, juniors who will have graduated but have one year of athletic eligibility, etc.,
And, of course, a boat load of folks who just want a new place, whether they're freshmen who want out after one year or those that just want a fresh start for various reasons.
March will be the first of the "gusher months" for this but doesn't hurt to get a thread up with resources.
