I don’t know Pinstripe is possible. Always seems to get P4 teams for the game. My guess it is because of the high payment.
 
I believe the only path to the Pinstripe bowl ended when Penn St beat Nebraska and Northwestern beat Minnesota eleven days ago. Now there are too many eligible B1G schools.

I think it’s more likely we would take the ACC’s spot in the Pinstripe, as I expect some trading to happen and ACC teams will end up filling some SEC spots that are open because of the playoffs. But my gut tells me we end up somewhere else
 
I’m not going to get upset over bowls this year. We’ve no idea who’ll be coaching, playing, suiting up, negotiating deals during week, etc. I’m thrilled that team found a way to win 9 games during the year. On to 26.

Despite having a ton of fun at the Fenway Bowl and hoping for the Pinstripe Bowl after FAU, I am more in this camp. Just along for the ride for the rest of 2025, not going to be overly emotionally invested in the game except for watching some great players one last time.

I do reserve the right to change my tune on this and almost definitely will when kickoff happens.

I’m not going to get upset about bowl SELECTION. Once we line up to play the game, I can promise you I will be just as pumped ready to root for a win as if none of this happened.

Pinstripe is a B1G/ACC contracted bowl. The only way an "outsider" can get in is if a conference can't supply a team.

I'm telling myself right now that I don't care, but once the game happens I will definitely care too much.

They're actually a pretty good team. Not a good draw for UConn football fans but think of it as a trip to Clearwater Beach and a chance to represent and you'll be fine.
