2025-26 New school commitments by Transfers

Hopefully it will be on a Sunday to maximize attendance. It's gonna be interesting to see the fan reaction when Maryland #7 is introduced.

I'm the calmest fan around in public. I only throw stuff, jump up and down, and yell when I'm at home. I assume you were referring to me .. if not I apologize.

As long as it's not green and leafy, I'll try almost anything.
I heard we may not be playing Maryland next year because of an issue with scheduling.

Switching back from the BIG12 to the BIG10. Missing out on joining the Big East for the trifecta 😉

I wonder how much of her restlessness over the last couple seasons resulted from Serah Williams leaving Wisconsin. She had a sweet spot playing next to Serah.

Tennessee is not playing around. I was in the middle on this one once I saw she visited. She's an older player, leader with no back down. I love her game. Caldwell values versatility. But all the pressing and defense, given her knee condition. On the flip side, maybe 22 minutes a game would help

Don't think so. She was a freshman at Northern Kentucky before transferring to Wisconsin for the 2024-2025 season.

I like the pickup. It works, they've frequently played two bugs together the past couple years. I'm pulling for Ayanna P but she can still get a lot of minutes backing up both Strack and O'Neal. I just hope their freshman class is really good because I still feel (and I think it's only year 3 so it's fine) that Kentucky is still on a tier below Texas, South Carolina and Vanderbilt.

Well, if we had taken bets on her destination, most would not have bothered, because it would've been even money (at best) for LSU, given Shaq's background.

But that never seemed to happen and today, we also saw this from LSU:
"LSU WBB has announced the signing of 2026 prospect Noa Morro, 6-3 F/C, Mallorca, Spain"

Was there a cause and effect here? And, if so, in what order? Or did the decision come down to better fit with Coach Brooks at Lexington?

Good question, but some thought LSU was a lock when O'Neal was still in high school. I'm not all that surprised she didn't choose her father's alma mater.

Lost a McGill and gained a McMiller. Not really an even trade I don't think. Kiyomi puts up points, but I don't think she's ever made a team she is on better.
