Defensive tackle projects as one of UCF's deepest position groups for 2024, assuming Ricky Barber, Lee Hunter, John Walker and Matthew Alexander all return. Choute (6-3, 285) saw his role expand in Barber's injury absence, playing double-digit defensive snaps in the Knights' Big 12 games against Kansas State, Baylor and Kansas. Across parts of three seasons, the Deerfield Beach native played in 14 games and registered 1½ sacks.
