Preferred walk on? Essentially zero in game experience at Bowling Green and Bryant

Scott Lakatos was an assistant coach at Danbury High my Senior year in 1988, great dude. My sister just texted me and it seems Cole is a very good friend of my nephews who went to Red Bank Regional in NJ. They said Cole is top notch too. Nice grab by the staff.

Last I knew Dad was at Rutgers. Recruited those McCoury kids awhile ago.

At my age not sure about my memory, but don't we need somebody who can catch a punt and not call a fair catch and let the ball bounce in the end zone.

what are these reasons? I thought Mora was trying to get the best athletes?
WOs serve a lot of roles including good character guys, hard practice hustle guys, guys they might want to coach someday, etc etc. At our level you are not going to be stuffing the WO group with 2 deep players. These are your 4th line guys to run practice. And maybe a couple of them in a pool of 20 develop to scholarship players.

Nice add. And Cole did a cartwheel dive into the end zone so he'll fit right in.
