I know first hand Corey is a difference maker. Makes the awful ethics board look like a bunch of idiots. Thank god we have him and he loves UConn. Welcome to this young man. He is going to do things here. Class keeps getting better and it feels awesome.

Victor, if I may, very cool thinking of your announcement date as a birthday present for your mother. She has earned it and more I'm sure. And you have too, congratulations and welcome. (And congratulations also on offers from all 3 service academies, that is impressive.)

Forget Florida.... Check out this Clemson footage. Burners... Turn the volume up... "He's fast, alright he's fast.."

Welcome Victor. You can be a "hometown hero" if you fully package your skill with your attitude, drive and commitment. Be relentless and be very successful, at UConn and beyond.

Fast, great hands, run great routes, make sharp cuts, catch the ball wherever it's thrown, want to be good, and want to make UConn great again.

The Clemson camp video shows a player that is not just track fast, but plays fast. Lots of sharp cuts and crisp route running, which is quite impressive for a guy that has not played much if any WR in high school. With the right QB Rosa could be an immediate impact player. A quality slot receiver is a tremendous weapon that opens up the passing game and keeps drives going. I would also like to see him get a shot on punt and KO returns as the speed and cutting ability could result in some big plays.

This is the type of athlete that RE2/Corey have been successful in luring to Storrs
His feel and hands are amazing - quite the athlete
These are kids that Red Pants wouldn't even look at
As someone else pointed out - he is going to be a headache to defenses and man to man coverages and coming out of the slot
Those are some impressive change of direction/stop and goes
Welcome Victor

Many including BD might think he is not tall enough. Reminds me of Nick Williams. Glad UCONN is recruiting good players rather than tall players again

Maybe we'll get back to the days of returning punts and kickoffs for touchdown's. We've had some great ones from a lot of different kids but it's a weapon that 2.0 hasn't been able to find yet. Victor reminds me of someone with the mindset and skill level who can give us a Larry, Terry, Nick, Robby, Jordan, etc highlight in the return game at any time.

Is he the highest rated in-state recruit since Dan O?

I'm not doubting Victor is #2 recruit in the state for his class but what is that based off of? I noticed this on another site yesterday and it had me a little confused. I think 4-5 of the kids below are from Private/Prep schools though. Is that the difference?

247 has him ranked #2 in CT. He's currently unrated on Rivals.
