Rosa is also one of three finalist for 2021 CT Player of the Year with Camryn Edwards (Norwalk) and Theodore Williams (Cromwell/Portland co-op). Edwards holds a UConn offer and will wait till February to make a college decision.

Windsor DL Prince Samuels who holds a UConn offer was also selected to the First Team.
 
Of recent memory Rosa is going to be like Arkeel Newsome. Get him the ball and he'll just make plays.
 



-> Bristol Central quarterback Victor Rosa was named Connecticut Player of the Year at the Walter Camp Football Foundation's 14th Annual Breakfast of Champions Sunday at the Omni Hotel in New Haven.

The honor was Rosa's third as state player of the year, following the Connecticut High School Coaches Association and Gatorade. The UConn recruit won over Norwalk's Camryn Edwards, the New Haven Register Player of the Year, and Cromwell/Portland's Teddy Williams.

Rosa, who also starts for Bristol Central's CCC championship basketball team, accounted for 3,601 yards of total offense and accounted for 49 touchdowns while leading Bristol Central to its first state playoff berth since 1987 and was a consensus first-team all-state pick. <-
