Might as well put this here then. The top two '23's at the moment, from an event in early May. Both on UConn's radar.

Jada Williams 5”7 CG Blue Springs Mo 2023

Jada Williams, with a ball in her hand, was able to create plays for other kids and able to create her own Shots as well. A great athlete does a great job of getting to the cup and finishing through contact. When she’s able to be in transition she can electrify the game and definitely brings energy through making the correct highlight play. She has a tremendous upside. I cannot wait to see her in a year or so and see what else she adds to her repertoire.

Juju Watkins 6”1 Wing Watts Ca 2023

Juju is a great athlete who’s able to run the break herself or fill a lane and score from the wing. She scores the ball in many different ways, off the mounts, off the catch, and able to get to the cup pretty much at will. She has good timing on shot blocking ability and her upside is crazy. I can’t wait to see what happens when she hits the weight room.

Judea got an athletic scholarship to Windward, so I’m assuming that’s where she will be next year. Obviously Windward has produced some really great talent.

This appears to have been filmed in the early 80's, but it's actually from a couple days ago:

Reports from late April on two 2023 POI:

2023 Judea Watkins 6'1" SG Vegas Elite 16U

This was the first time that I have seen Watkins play, and she is as good as advertised. Playing in the 16U division, Watkins looked very comfortable on the floor. She has a very high basketball IQ which allows her to beat her opponent in many ways. Judea has a sweet shooting stroke out to 22’ whether it’s spotting up or off the catch. She has the size and length to play on the blocks when needed to. This kid is an elite talent and I can see why many have her rated as the #1 prospect in the country in the class of 2023.

2023 Milaysia Fulwiley 5'7" PG SC 76ers 17U

This kid is going to be unique. Fulwiley is a very aggressive guard with impressive quickness. She can penetrate the gaps and find her teammates in transition. Her foot speed proved too much for many as she quickly got to the rim for a smooth finish. Milaysia was all over the floor defensively causing many dead balls and forcing turnovers. She's going to be a severe problem for many opposing guards for years to come.
