Confusing indeed. Maybe he lost control of his twitter account, I have seen that happen before during announcements.

FWIW - Randy retweeted the Bell commitment - which is as strong a sign as the coaches are permitted to give under the recruiting rules (they are not allow to talk about prospects or kids in anyway until they sign).
