South Lake Carroll High School turns out some really good talent year after year. He looks like a great athlete with a good frame to add to.

Remember RE saying difficulty of Texas recruits is so many have had such good coaching for so long you have to look real hard if you are seeing a finished product or if there is room for growth.
If he is already 6'2" 245lbs, gotta think he's gonna be grow out of LB.

I think you misread something. He's 6'5" 245 lbs. I believe he is an OL prospect.

This is a back to the future type recruit as they clearly intend to put 40+ lbs on him before he ever sees the field. Presumably they think he has the feet, instincts and balance required so now it will take a year or two in the weight room to see if he’s capable of being a D-I lineman. He’s a lottery ticket, but Edsall has had success with similar recruits. This is where we find out if he still has the eye for projecting development.

LT is going to Texas, C is going to BC, RT is going to UConn, TE is going to A&M. Seems to be a classic Edsall recruit is the he plays lacrosse also so he has balance and athleticism to build upon. Not necessary a diamond in the rough as many have seen him play, but Edsall just sees players differently.
