It's not like it was a difficult question. For a team struggling with fans, would it kill the coach and head ambassador to show a little enthusiasm? Maybe show AD David Benedict a little love for getting the schedule put together in such a short amount of time. Bill B gets away with being a jerk because he wins. Randy E hasn't earned the right.
