2020 is over!

Just wanted to shout that out. What a freakin year this was. If you don't have stories to tell your offspring then you must have been jailed all year. No need to embellish them either, all genuine.

Such a historic period in life, including sports. And remember we had no freakin outlets for our misery. I feel for all those unemployed, homeless, despaired and hungered. I also feel for our youth and elderly. Hope is on the way in 2021.

Don't know about you all, but I'm grateful to have 'survived'.

2020 kicked my ass in November (non COVID) and last weekend.

I'm sweating through COVID protocols. Getting tested Saturday (6 days from exposure). Results on Monday. If negative and showing no symptoms will avoid work til Thursday (10 days from exposure).

I'm surprised at how easy it is with the right search terms. I also just updated from an iPhone 6 to a 12 Max and so have similarly been experimenting with this feature there for the first time; but it's a lot more fun here.

I was talking to my wife the other day about the first person I saw wearing a mask last Jan or Feb in Connecticut. That person looked like an alien at the time walking around with their face covered. Then the aliens increased and then I started becoming nervous and frightened.

Now the alien is the one without a mask. That's 2020 for you.

Oh and don't forget the toilet paper/paper towel shortage in 2020.
