UConn still @ #14 in College Hockey News Top 16 Poll (“After just having lost to Providence, the Friars could move into this slot, but KRACH shows UConn still ahead of PC.”)
Others receiving votes: Northeastern University 29, Providence College 29, Michigan Tech University 27, University of Connecticut 12, Robert Morris University 3.
-> Additionally, Hockey East announced UConn junior forward Kale Howarth (Red Deer, Alta.) has been suspended for one game stemming from an incident at 2:34 of the second period on Saturday, February 20 against Boston University. He will miss the Huskies’ next scheduled game before being eligible to return to the UConn lineup. <-
Adam Karashik. The IceBus Orlovsky. Big time player who stayed home to Bleed Blue. Husky. Earl Kelly-esk. There's a reason he is the Captain. Ridgefield represents. And Steel. Went out a champion in Chicago, Adam knows how to win, let's do it again in Connecticut!
Good article. The thing that sucks about some of these non-NESN games is you don't get enough replays. Do we even get any at Freitas? I'd love to get better looks at some of Capone's hits.
Put up an old Don Cherry video with 5 straight minutes of Capone hits (and others on the team).
