My fear is that as time goes on and UConn gets further distanced financially from P5 schools, it will become more and more difficult to be competitive. Take note that the overwhelming majority of teams that seem to advance to or past the quarterfinals are P5 schools. (I don't consider Ivy league schools midmajor because they have more money than most P5's)
Sort of agree, though the non-revenue sports will be the last impacted, unless they are cut. The posters who have noted that Connecticut is competing in FH just fine, have a point.

I just think that the moneyed schools will be able to get the best recruits and thus be more likely to win championships.
