Per the Oregon State forum, Kat Tudor has apparently “lawyered up” and is in the middle of an appeal for an extra year of eligibility. She was previously denied the extra year of eligibility since she was slightly over the 33% (?) mark IIRC.

After the Danberry decision, nothing will surprise me;)

The exodus from the MEAC continues.... Bethune Cookman leaves for the SWAC

All I say is good luck on that one.

Patricia Morris, 6'7", Oregon State in the transfer portal, according to the "Benny's House" forum.

I wish her the best. Morris has great athleticism, but did not fully display this on the court. With Taylor Jones and likely Jelena Mitrovic at the post for Oregon State, she would be third string at that position. Can't blame her for wanting more playing time. She may actually start somewhere if she chooses wisely.

Sorry to hear this. It did seem untenable to have that many tall trees on one roster. Rueck has plenty of talent still to work with. His biggest problem this coming year is guard play after losing both Pivec and Slocum.

Either its been a long off-season or I'm showing my age... but I was like

... Slocum went to the WNBA ?? Then I remembered she transferred.

That's too bad. Never managed to get on the court much in 2 years. Best of luck to her at her next destination.

Except that so many of them have been injured or otherwise unable to play. They REALLY could've used some contributions from Morris down the stretch last season, and apparently Rueck just didn't feel comfortable enough playing her for her to ever be part of the regular rotation.

I believe that leaves Oregon State with 8 active sholarship players - two of which sat out last year due to injuries, and three who will be in their first year in the program.

Given their lack of depth in general, Tudor getting an extra year would be huge for them.

She's not from Pat's coaching tree. She was a player for Pat, not a coach.

Closer to Geno's tree since Kara through all her opportunities in broadcasting and behind the scene practice viewing of UConn earned an honorary Doctorate in elite play . :D

Longish interview, but there's some pearls in there. Kelsey is pretty funny. Big shout out to Tauarasi somewhere around the 20 minute mark.

One of my favorite Duke players..... joined the staff last year, now she is gone.

Ohio State has added Simon Harris to the staff as an Assistant Coach.

Was most recently AC at NC State and was the lead recruiter of Sophie Hart, the 6'4" forward who just committed to the Pack two days ago.

Well she says she was invited to be APART of their lives, and it looks like she will indeed be apart rather than a part of the team...

Sorry, I don't know anything about her, but that's one of those real irksome misuses of words to me.
