She was probably just here to evaluate with an eye towards the next cycle.  I think players in the Pool were always going to have the advantage.  I didn't even expect her to be invited to camp let alone make any of the cuts.  It's just funny that she has a good game (at least as far as one can tell from a box score) and is cut like two hours after it ends.

I think the only players not in the pool that made the cut were DeShields (USA seems to be thin at SF now with McCoughtry hurt) and Ionescu (likely perceived as the answer to the great point guard conundrum).

I do think it's possible that she's just as good or better than a lot of the guards in camp right now, though.  For example, yes, Tiffany Mitchell has 3 years of pro experience.  On the other hand she has shot 36% overall and 27% from 3 in her WNBA career.  So...she hasn't actually been very good as a pro.  People like her and Allisha Gray and Kelsey Mitchell are only there until Hayes, Taurasi, and Loyd get there anyhow, so it doesn't really matter.
