I think that Rebecca, Kara, and Adam do a great job. For the most part, the WCBB world thinks they do a great job (you have the people who think Rebecca favors UConn too much, but no one can deny she knows her stuff). To the people who do the nominating and voting for awards like this, WCBB is barely a blip on their radar.

The 2016 NC was so well done because there was something really special about to happen. Where was the nomination then?

I think this has more to do with public pushback regarding the lack of respect for women’s sports than the voting body’s respect for what ESPN2, Rebecca, Kara, and Adam put together.
