What's his pay like at Fordham? I just wonder if he would consider leaving what's a great FCS head coaching gig to be our OC.

I don't think Fordham releases salaries since it is a private school. I'd love the hire, though and he would have to be making more money here as the OC than Fordham HC. He's shown to be more than competent as an OC and he started his career here. Taking his QB with him would just be icing on the cake.

I don't know why exactly, but I think we'll do a lot better in 2017 than we think sitting here at the end of a horrendous season. There's no way we lose to Navy as we did--or several of the other head scratchers. I know we have little in the way of empirical evidence, but that's the way I'm projecting our fortunes moving forward. It helps me sleep better.
