F Gerrit Cole. Supposed to be our ace. Yes he can throw a 99mph four seamer. But it doesn't move. And it gets hit. And F McCutchen, who's become Vernon Wells over the past 18 months. And F Hurdle who kept two decent LH bats in the dugout vs Kimbrel.

We suck top to bottom.

Bucs probably don't stand a chance against Sale, but hoping Taillon at least gives a strong 7 innings. He'll be our ace come May.

Pirates are probably going to regret not taking the Nats offer for Cutch. They could've found a cheaper corner OF option to hold down the fort until Meadows was ready. And maybe used the savings to add one more RH reliever that they probably need cause the back end of that pen is very left leaning.
