Harvard, Notre Dame, Minnesota-Duluth and Denver advance to Chicago for the national championship.

Anyone but Notre Dame! I'll be cheering for Harvard. Sadly.

Denver looked really good and solid. Harvard showed some good speed, but Air Force gave them a good run. ND doesn't impress me at all. UM-D doesn't either.

I was surprised ND beat UMass Lowell. I'll be rooting for Harvard too. Strange not having any HE teams.

Harvard lost to UMD in the first semifinal game with the GW scored with 26.6 seconds remaining in the 3rd period, 2-1. Harvard hit the crossbar with 3.9 seconds left. Damn. Pioneers/Fighting Irish next.

Denver up on Notre Dame, 2-0, after one period.

Esposito's shot that hit the crossbar with 3.9 seconds left. 13 Frozen Fours, still just 1 championship.

Denver is embarrassing Notre Dame, 3-0 now in the second, 5 minutes to go. Notre Dame fan exodus has begun.

So after years of eastern schools winning, the trophy has headed back west for a couple of years...one way or another.

Denver is hugely impressive: they have steamrolled everyone they've played in the tourney so far.

3-1, Denver, start of the third and DU defenseman goes down, snapping his ankle against the board. This is going to be hard to get out of my head.

DU goalie holds down the fort and DU wins, 3-2. Tied with UND for 2nd most national titles at 8.
