Looks to me like:
BIGS: 6'6 Azura Stevens JR FRONT COURT: 6'3 Samuelson JR GUARDS: 6'0 Nurse SR
6'5 Natalie Butler SR 6'1 Collier JR 5'11 Espinoza FR
6'2 Batouly Camara SO 6'1 Gordon FR 5'9 Bent SO
6'2 Kyla Irwin SO 6'1 Walker FR 5'8 Coombs FR
5'11 Wiliams SR 5'5 Dangerfield SO

VERY DEEP! VERY YOUNG! VERY BRIGHT! VERY LOVELY! VERY TALENTED!
( Any chance that thud I just heard was Muffet falling off her tuffit? Don't miss the photo on the Official UCONN site with Geno and the four new kids; no wonder he looks about 16 years old there!"

You could make that argument, and maybe if they win the NC we can go back and compare them to several other teams who won NC's and were undefeated. By year of eligibility...

SR: Williams, Nurse, Butler
JR: KLS, Collier, Stevens
SO: Danger, Camara, Bent, Irwin
FR: Walker, Coombs, Gordon, Espinosa

I don't know about best ever and it's so far in the future - so many unknowns, but from what we DO know, it's an incredible mix of talent, size, diversity, and skill. Will be fun to watch them develop and then make the comparisons. There are a lot of really good players out there on a lot of different teams. I think many will be hard pressed to compete with UCONN at that point though...

Here's an update - and yes, Waker is in italics until we know that UConn has received her LOI.

BRS: wow...nice to see that....job well done! This is incredible - and to think we seem to be in deep with a TON of talent for the 2018 class.

Jordy,if you think they will be good when Collier signs, then, what about when Christyn Williams also signs? How sweet will those two potential olympic players make this team going forward?

Keep talking man, I like your style.

Well ...
2001:
US Olympians and WNBA all-stars:
Sue Bird
Swin Cash
Asjha Jones
Diana Taurasi
Russian Olympian and WNBA all-star
Svetlana Abrosimova

Great college players:
Tamika Williams
Shea Ralph

Record holder for blocks in a single NCAA championship game:
Kelly Schumacher

WNBA player
Ashley Battle

Uconn legend
Maria Conlon

Unfortunately transferred:
Kenitra Johnson

And:
Christina Rigby
Marci Czel
Morgan Valley

Somewhere around 26 NCAA championship rings between them (plus another 5 as an assistant coach), 8 (?) WNBA championships, 10 Olympic golds, countless European trophies, etc.
Tough to say, but I suspect that team was as loaded as any college team ever and it will not be matched. Last year's team may come close depending on how players develop post college (they had 30 NCAA rings through last year!)

I think 2017 rosters are #1 in size.
How many are 6' and taller ???

2017-2018 Roster. . . Best Ever?

Nice vision:). On paper.

They don't pay off for bets on "potential" or "upside." Let's revisit this in about 18 months and hope it comes to pass.

BRS24: looks like we drop the italics now :):)
KIB: it IS a nice vision - on paper. ""Don't worry, be happy" - it will come to pass.

And, to several others: I don't know much about the 2018 group in any detail, but I share your enthusiasm for the talent in that class and where we SEEM to stand with some of the best there.
