His footwork reminds me of Mo Petrus' Canadian film highlights years ago. I like his drive to the whistle

Damn... go to see the Nutcracker with the family and come back and now have 12 recruits... can you imagine how big this kid is going to be in a few years!

Gotta like these kids with Ivy and Service Academy offers.

Gotta have grades, smarts and character. And if a player does not have 4/5* talent this is the type of clay you want so you can mold it.

Welcome to the UCONN Family, Mike!

We're going to need you to work on your size though.

Mike's opponent's all seem to like rolling around on the ground and getting the back of their jersey dirty.

This is an important position for us to fill. OL usually need time but you never know when a guy might develop early. I like his chances.

I was thinking he reminded me of the kid from Waterford who was all-conference at G for us during the Edsall days. He is a superior drive blocker but footwork looks a bit tardy on passpro.

Glad to have him!

If this kid is actually 270, he is top to bottom thick and Balis will have a field day with him. If he's 270 now, his frame could support 315-320 and still be in great shape.

What impressed me is the fact that Lonsdorf is a Left Tackle, it always seemed easier to move a left one over to the right (if you have to) than the other way around… plus decent Left Tackles are hard to come by…

Hope Mike reconsiders the opportunity but wish him well. Really liked the film.

I hope he reconsiders too, but being a NJ kid and having that opportunity to play in B1G might seal it for him... We did get Brouse, which, might be a consolation. That kid appears to have a nasty streak (according to his hudl film). Something we need on our OL...

Yeah, this kid is gone. Will be interesting to see how this plays out. Do they bring in another OL, OR transition Brouse to OL if they land Pulley.

If we end up with Izon Pulley, then I'm content regardless of where Mike Lonsdorf goes

My number one concern for this team is OL and we were in a good spot prior to this news. I think the young man has great potential and hope there is someone else out there that can help us at the position. Balis can help but you can't magically transform every project into a player.
