Asia Durr is #1 by Hoopgurlz, and getting 11 pts 7 rebs is not the type of performance of a #1. I guess another site has this girl #1 but not sure why you are going with that source the list looks highly suspect.

Yeah I was going by Blue Star and All Star Girls Report. And that's why you have to see players more than once and get a credible evaluation and follow them thru out their development. This ranking business is crazy but with the AAU season approaching some things should be clear cut.
