Glad you are not running our basketball program, settling for top 25. Hey we lost in the second round and finished ranked 24! We are great!

Wake up buddy. Anyone who thinks that a team not making the sweet 16 is great is clueless.

Who ever said i was or wanted to? And since when does ranked 24 correlate to second round finishes? You are using one scenario out of hundreds. What if #1 loses in the second round? They suddenly aren't great?And being in the top 7% of all D1 teams in the country isn't great? I know you see that big number 24 and immediately think that it must be bad. It isn't. Quit being ignorant, especially coming from a fan of a team who two years ago won it all from #19. "Settling" for top 25, man are you ignorant.

If #1 loses in round 2 they are not great. Gtown was top 10 lost in round 1, finsihed ranked in the top 25, to call the great is laughable. If you lose in round 2 you finish between 17-32 in terms of the tournament, that is how I got 24.

I and I think most competitive people have different definition of great as you. You pat yourself on the back for being top 25 and call yourself great. I won't. Great is much more then that.

The original point was you called temple and cincy great, they are not, if you think they are you are you are wrong. Simple as that.

I'm sorry. I didn't realize that the opinion of some nobody on the internet was end all. I was unaware that being in the top 7% of all teams in the nation wasn't great.

The top7% of all teams in the country is good, not great. I'm a Uconn fan, I strive for protection, you must be a Cincy fan because they strive for Sweet 16's

Whatever the hell protection is supposed to mean. And considering that Uconn hasn't been to the sweet 16 in two years, its kind of ironic.

Two whole years, huh? Considering we were banned from the tournament one of those years, I can live with that streak. Especially since we took down your team to get to that Sweet 16, en route to our 3rd national championship. With the player who spurned Cincinnati to come here leading the way.

Perfection. Did you get your Cincy tix for next year yet? What about Temple, they're good for a second round exit every other year or so, with all the great teams they have down there.
